I paint
I like to paint big.
I like to paint how things feel.
I didn’t do art at High School because the art teacher didn’t put me on the list
of people who should carry on with their art.
I did some painting at Teachers College, I knew then that I wanted to paint not teach.
I did a bit of teaching, had 4 kids, met a guy with three kids.
We raised our 7 kids, grew veges I taught music and started painting again.Then some stuff happened,
actually a lot of stuff happened, most of it character building.
I have a lot of thoughts about being a mum and working, and following your dream.
about parental duty, and artistic integrity.
